"Special Mai Tai"

• 1 ½ oz White Puerto Rican Rum

• ¾ oz Dark Jamaican Rum

• ¾ oz Lemon Juice (Reconstituted)

• ¾ oz Koahala™ Special Mai Tai Mix

• ¼ Lime wedge, squeezed in last

Method: Combine ingredients into a shaker with ice, squeezing the quarter lime wedge by hand, dropping the spent shell in last. Hand-shake or flash-blend for 3-5 seconds. Pour unstrained into your favorite Mai Tai glass. Garnish with multiple fresh mint sprigs.

"Space Needle"

• 1 ½ oz White Puerto Rican Rum

• 1 ½ oz Dark Jamaican Rum

• 1 ½ oz Fresh Lemon Juice

• ¾ oz Koahala™ Special Mai Tai Mix
